1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "qx999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the qx999 platform, operated at qx999.io, and its authorised officers and representatives.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the qx999 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player to access qx999 services.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's qx999 Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or matching funds awarded to a Player under a qx999 promotion.
• "Platform" means the qx999 website, mobile-optimised site, and any related software or services made available at qx999.io.
• "Payment Methods" means the supported deposit and withdrawal channels available on qx999, currently including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible games before they may be withdrawn as real money.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the qx999 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and qx999 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind. qx999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use qx999 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. qx999 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming best practices and will verify your age at registration and prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are acting as an individual player on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You have not previously had a qx999 Account suspended, terminated, or closed for violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a qx999 employee or contractor.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4 Account Management

One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one qx999 Account. The operation of multiple Accounts — under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being closed. Any Bonus Funds credited to duplicate Accounts will be forfeited, and real-money Balances may be subject to review before being returned.

Account Security. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must not share your username or password with any third party. qx999 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any additional security features made available on the Platform. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify qx999 support immediately at [email protected].

Account Verification (KYC). qx999 may require you to complete identity verification at any point. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the requested timeframe may have withdrawal access restricted until verification is finalised.

Account Closure. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting qx999 support. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to their natural outcome. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. All deposits must be made via a Payment Method in the name of the Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in Bangladeshi Taka and typically reflect in your Account Balance within minutes of the mobile money transaction being confirmed. qx999 does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your mobile money provider's standard transfer charges may apply.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same Payment Method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted on standard business days in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) are processed within one to three business days, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC review. qx999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal in excess of ৳50,000.

Currency. All transactions on qx999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qx999 does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred on the player's side are the player's sole responsibility.

Refused or Returned Funds. qx999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, qx999 will notify the affected player and provide an opportunity to respond before any funds are permanently withheld.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

qx999 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the point of offer:

• Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered on eligible slots or casino games. Sports betting contributions toward wagering requirements vary by promotion and are specified in the relevant offer details.
• qx999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to disqualify any player from a promotion where abuse or attempted manipulation of the bonus structure is suspected.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. qx999 may restrict or exclude certain players from specific promotions at its discretion, including on the basis of Account history, geographic location, or verification status.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on qx999 — whether on casino games, slots, crash games, or sports betting markets — are subject to the specific game or market rules published within the Platform, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail with respect to the settlement of that specific wager.

Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or incorrect display of odds, qx999 reserves the right to void any affected wager and return the stake to the player's Account Balance. qx999 will not be liable for any winnings generated as a direct result of a known or suspected system error.

Final Decisions. The settlement and outcome of all wagers on qx999 are final once confirmed by the Platform. Queries regarding wager settlement must be submitted to [email protected] within seven (7) days of the wager being settled. qx999 will not review settlement disputes submitted outside this window.

Sports Betting. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments — are subject to the sports betting rules available within the qx999 sportsbook section. Settlement is based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or postponed matches are settled in accordance with the market-specific rules displayed at the time of bet placement.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qx999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, tournament, or betting market to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies between qx999 and other platforms.
• Attempting to exploit identified errors, glitches, or system malfunctions for financial gain.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, or using qx999 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, or assisting another person to do so, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing a suspension.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward qx999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the qx999 Platform — including but not limited to the qx999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content supplied by third-party providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others), and any other materials — is the intellectual property of qx999 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of qx999 or the relevant rights holder.

10 Privacy & Data

qx999 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on qx999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

qx999 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where necessary to operate the Platform — for example, with payment processors such as bKash and Nagad to facilitate transactions — or where required by applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qx999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, however caused and on any theory of liability.

qx999's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

qx999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance may occur from time to time. qx999 will use reasonable commercial efforts to minimise downtime and to notify players of planned outages in advance where practicable.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Amendments to Terms

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms in full. 14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the principles of fair conduct recognised in the online gaming industry.
